AGUSM offers a very nice housing package for students.
Housing is paid in addition to tuition on a semester basis (no month
to month housing):

One-bedroom with two twin beds, air-conditioning, refrigerator,
microwave oven, cable w/U.S. cable stations, a television set, high
speed internet (fee), and one full bathroom
·
Study area with two desks and two closets/storage areas
·
Community Laundry Area with washers and dryers
·
Community Kitchen with full size ovens/stoves

**Tuition and housing payments are due in full fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of each semester. Tuition payments received after the first week of classes will be assessed a 10% processing fee. Balances paid on tuition payments received after the fourth week of classes will be assessed a 20% processing fee. Students requiring a semester payment plan should contact admissions@agusm.org
